Equipment Sales
All equipment sales are generally considered final once the purchase is completed,
unless otherwise stated in writing by B&R Farm and Equipment Supply.
Used tractors, skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and heavy equipment are sold based on
the condition, specifications, and information available at the time of sale.

Parts Returns
Eligible parts may be considered for return if they are unused, uninstalled, in original
condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.
Special-order parts, electrical components, opened parts, installed parts, and custom-sourced
items may not be eligible for return.

Return Approval
All returns must be approved by B&R Farm and Equipment Supply before any item is
shipped or brought back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds may be subject to restocking fees, shipping costs, handling charges, or deductions
for missing packaging, damage, or use.

Shipping Costs
Shipping, freight, delivery, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless
otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the return is due to an error confirmed by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or notice shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photos, order information, and a clear description of the issue so our team
can review the situation.
